Cloud Nine attraction damaged and grounded

Cloud Nine attraction, the humongous tethered balloon ride on Las Vegas Strip, has been grounded indefinitely after an unexpected incident last weekend that knocked off several passengers from their feet after a strong wind gust hit and rattled the balloon.
