Owners of Tao Beach launch new restaurant in The Pallazo Las Vegas
Along with the amazing success of the Tao nightclub at the Venetian Resort Hotel, the owners of this Sin City nightclub are opening a spanking new Roman/Mediterranean type eatery called Lavo located in the Palazzo resort. This ground-breaking idea is designed after the Roman bathhouses of the past. A great deal of effort has been put into the historical accuracy of this Vegas nightclub/restaurant and into the small details also.
This restaurant/nightclub can seat 300 people and features a menu full of Mediterranean delicacies. Their menu is planned to promote the sharing of appetizers and small servings, as opposed to large one-person plates. The restaurant section also has an outdoor terrace which can hold 100 guests and overlooks the famous Vegas Strip.
The nightclub area has a state of the art audio and video system while live DJs will be on hand to keep the crowd entertained. The nightclub stays open six nights a week opening its doors at 10:00 pm and closing about 5 am. What the club lacks is a VIP area, which the creators say is to have a more communal atmosphere.
Lavo always has lots of eye candy for the guests (especially the male visitors). On hand is a model endlessly bathing herself in the restaurant, female dancers, and other models acting out different historical scenarios. On the balcony, you will find a stash of hookahs with a “hookah master” helping you make the best decision.
This nightclub is administered by the same team that opened Tao nightclub in the Venetian Resort in 2005. Ever since the launch of this nightclub it has been one of the most popular clubs in town, visited mostly by celebs. Along with the Tao Asian Bistro and Tao Beach, these have been the highest grossing destinations in the U.S. since 2006. This new space will definitely be a huge draw for The Palazzo Las Vegas. You can already find 3000 top of the line suites, the best shopping stores, and the finest Las Vegas restaurants and stores.
